Dark Malta Festival… A rising and growing international goth/industrial/dark electro/metal music festival is back again this year for its seventh edition on the majestic island of Malta in the heart of the Mediterranean… The only festival and music event of its kind on this sunny island founded by promoter and DJ Rene Hades Farrugia back in 2018… Located in the ever so extravagant ‘Gianpula Main Room’ venue, part of the ‘Gianpula Village’ nightclub complex, an extremely popular nightclub destination of Malta situated in Zebbug, just outside the iconic fortress city of Mdina… With over 20 international acts of the contemporary goth/dark/industrial scene, from new and upcoming names to older established bands, international DJs and pool parties on the rooftop of the ‘Gianpula Main Room’ and an ever expanding dark art exhibition and alternative and merchandise market, Dark Malta is ready to embrace goths from across Europe and beyond for three days of darkness, music, history and culture, great food, sun and most importantly lots of fun… For those that arrive on the island early this year marks the debut of an official pre-party on Thursday April 16th at ‘The Vault’, again situated at the ‘Gianpula Village’ and for those that remain on the island for a few more days after the festival a boat after party on the ‘Fernandes II’ will take place on Monday April 20th… This festival has it all for those that wish to have a goth music holiday in a very intimate and warm atmosphere… Don’t miss it… Dark Malta Festival… April 17th – April 19th 2026… 7th Edition… Recommended by Absolution… By Tzina Dovve (DJ Lady Davinia)…
