R.I.P. Voe Saint-Clare

We at Absolution have learned through Rod Hanna of the passing of our mutual friend, Voe Saint-Clare, the lead singer and driving force behind Angels of Liberty. While he had been sick for a very long time, we were not expecting this. He passed in April 18th of 2017, but it wasn’t publicized.
RIP Voe. You were a fine person, interesting conversationalist, great musical talent and such a steadfast & true supporter of the Goth genre. You will be missed.

This CD release party from 2011 seems like yesterday. It’s so hard to believe that Voe is gone now. He hand crafted and signed the giveaways. RIP Voe

I love Absolution ! Thank you DJ Jason & DJ Xtine for keeping the faith. NYC wouldn't have anything without this party. All of the other clubs I've been to recently have hipster fake-goth and technorave fake-industrial music. I am glad there's still a place to hear new and old tunes that are fun and good.
