Wave-Gotik-Treffen 2026… 33rd Edition… Leipzig… Germany… Corpus Delicti… Give me the power… Burn my soul in the demon’s game… One of the most charismatic and quintessentially dark goth bands to ever emerge on the underground music scene… Formed back in the early nineties (1992) in Nice, France, and active ‘til 1998 these very young gothsters took the goth scene by storm with their haunting lyrics and vocals, distinctive sound and craftsmanship and imposing stage presence during that era… with a female drummer during that time with a very unique drumming style and gothette look… After a hiatus of almost twenty-five years Corpus Delicti returned to the goth music scene in 2022 and continued where they left off in the nineties… After endless shows across the globe from Mexico to the UK and all across Europe from Athens to Germany, including performances at some of the most prestigious international goth festivals such as Wave-Gotik-Treffen (WGT) in 2023, a couple of line-up changes (two new drummers), Corpus Delicti are as active as they have ever been… After four new singles and music videos on YouTube since their comeback these French gothsters also released their fourth full length album ‘Liminal’ last November (2025)… Their first album in thirty years since the release of ‘Obsessions’ back in 1995… A goth gem and masterpiece of an album where these goth veterans deliver some of their finest work to this day… Give me the power… Burn my soul in the demon’s game… Corpus Delicti…
